The NEA Foundation Global Learning Edcamp is dedicated to providing a harassment-free, inclusive experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or nationality.

Expected Behavior

• Treat all participants with respect and kindness
• Use welcoming and inclusive language
• Be mindful of different cultural perspectives and experiences
• Listen actively and share speaking time equitably
• Keep video on when possible to enhance engagement
• Stay muted when not speaking to minimize background noise

Unacceptable Behavior

• Harassment or discrimination in any form
• Inappropriate use of virtual meeting features (chat, screen sharing, etc.)
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with others' participation
• Sharing of inappropriate content or material
• Recording or taking screenshots without explicit permission

Session Guidelines

• Respect the "law of two feet" - feel free to leave and join sessions as needed
• Share ideas and experiences while being mindful of time
• Use the chat feature constructively for questions and comments
• Honor confidentiality - what's shared in sessions stays in sessions
