Navigating RingCentral Events

• Here’s a tutorial on how to enter a session room. Session links will be on our Session Board, and also in the RingCentral Events platform.
• Our edcamp uses RingCentral Events (formerly Hopin) as its platform.
• Register for the edcamp here: https://events.ringcentral.com/events/2025_neaf_edcamp
• Already registered? Click the same link and select the blue Join Event button at the top.
• The left sidebar contains buttons for Reception, Stage, Sessions, Networking, and the NEA Global Learning Fellowship.
  • Reception: View the schedule and organization representatives
  • Stage: Access opening and closing sessions
  • Sessions: Join breakout sessions
  • Networking: Connect with attendees through video chat
  • Note: To encourage open dialogue, sessions will not be recorded.
• The right sidebar features tabs for Chat, Polls, People, and Q&A. The main chat works in Reception, while Stage and Session rooms have dedicated chats.
  • Need help? Ask in the chat for immediate assistance.
  • Stay engaged with our interactive polls.
  • Browse profiles and message others through the People tab.
  • Use the Q&A tab for your questions.
• The Reception area displays event information, schedule, advisory council, and participating organizations.
• Find profile settings, help docs, messages, and alerts in the upper right corner.
